Planning Permission secured for multi storey office building within City Centre Conservation Area and adjacent to Ross's Auctions Grade B Listed Building. A contemorary design to reflect traditional Belfast urban forms and materials including brickwork with copper claddings.  The design and planning process included photomontage surveys of strategic viewpoints to demonstrate the integration of the new building within the City Scape. The existing building on site was a modest 3 storey furniture warehouse, and we gained approval for a 10 storey office building thus realizing significant planning gain for our client who subsequently sold the site with the benefit of the planning permission.
